Unsane Radio 0012 – It’s All Greek To Me

Your demented hosts Dr. Tarr, Professor Fether and The Midnight Gadfly present part 2 of A History of Horror Films. This segment covers the seminal years of 1930 – 1934. Horror Host Spotlight is next where they talk about Uncle Gregory. Then it’s on to the Actor Spotlight featuring that great thespian John Carradine. The briefcase is opened and special guest Hollyweird Reporter Extraordinaire Willie Slick talks about FIVE VENOMS. The show ends with a plug for the upcoming Dark X Fest where Unsane Radio and Psycho Cinema will be in attendance. Stop by the table and give the secret phrase (it’s at the end of the podcast) and you’ll get a really nifty prize. Ah, another excellent therapy session!

  1. Greetings fellow Freekz,

    Another great podcast!

BTW… “Mystery of the Wax Museum” is the precursor to Vincent Price’s “House of Wax” and was filmed in 2-color Technicolor giving the film a surreal quality (reds and greens). After having a hit with “Bwana Devil” (1952) in 3D, Warner Bros. looked for their next hit and chose to remake “Mystery of the Wax Museum”.

    Long live the fez!

    1. Good info! We need to get you on the podcast soon. We’re also going to start linking to friends with content. So we will put a link up to Wee Freekz! I need to get caught up on the strip myself.
